PSYCHOTHERAPY, EMDR, TRAUMA FOCUS
We are naturally designed to heal on our own but sometimes we need help figuring out how. My practice includes partnering with individuals, couples, and young people to help identify how to read their own body through Sensorimotor, EMDR Psychotherapy along with other individualized modalities and techniques. I am experienced in working with individuals who struggle with dissociation, trauma recovery, addictions, anxiety, depression and other clinical issues.
I have worked in the social work field for over 20 years. I am a seasoned Therapist with many tools to teach.
Take the hardest step and call for an appointment. You deserve it.
